The murder case of 26-year-old Pune-based businessman, Ketan Agarwal has grabbed significant attention. Ketan was all set to get married to Siya Goyal. However, it was Siya, who, along with her beau, Chetan Chaudhary, allegedly killed Ketan by pushing him off the Lohagad Fort on June 18, 2026. Both Siya and Chetan are currently in police custody, and an investigation has been ongoing.
Chetan and Siya are reportedly turning on each other and blaming each other for pushing Ketan Agarwal deep in the gorge, which claimed his life. Amid this, recent information has been revealed. Earlier, it was revealed that Siya’s family had no idea about her relationship with Chetan Chaudhary. However, a recent report revealed that some of the family members knew about Chetan, and one of them was Siya’s brother, Sahil.

Investigators recently revealed that Chetan Chaudhary is a cricketer and is well-known to Siya Goyal’s brother, Sahil Goyal. Apparently, Sahil and Chetan used to play matches together, and Siya would often accompany them. According to the report, Siya and Chetan met during one of such matches, and they grew closer after a gathering during Diwali 2025.
If the same report is to be believed, Siya and Chetan started interacting on a daily basis. Another report suggested that some of the family members, especially Siya’s brother, had an idea about Chetan and her bond. According to the police, they are now investigating Sahil to find out whether he shared the information about Chetan and Siya with his family members. A police officer had said:
“Preliminary investigation suggests that Sahil was aware of his sister’s relationship with Chetan Chaudhary. We are verifying if he had shared this information with other family members.”
According to several reports, it might have happened that Siya Goyal’s family disregarded her feelings for Chetan Chaudhary and chose Ketan Agarwal for his money and status. According to the police, an investigation recently took place involving Sahil, and it went on for 10 hours.

Chetan’s father also revealed that he had never known or seen Siya, and he had no idea about his son’s relationship to her. Chetan’s father, Babulal, further shared that he first saw Siya while she was in the police van.

Siya Goyal reportedly revealed that she shared her unwillingness to marry Ketan to him, but he threatened her, saying that the wedding would take place no matter what and even if she would elope, his family is way too influential to find her out. Siya also shared during the investigation that she didn’t like that Ketan went bald and used to wear a wig, and it was one of the reasons that she didn’t want to marry him, and developed feelings for Chetan, during this time. She was also asked why she didn’t reveal the same to her family, and to this, Siya said that she didn’t want to hurt or disappoint her family members and thought that it was best to eliminate Ketan.
