Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco made a lasting impression during their romantic getaway in Italy.
Restaurant staff described the couple as “absolutely amazing” following their romantic dinner. On July 21, just a day before the Who Says singer celebrated her 34th birthday, Blanco and her dined at Trattoria della Santa in Bologna.
According to owner Riccardo Lelli and waitress Saria Ahmed, the pair were warm, gracious and full of compliments for both the food and the service.
As translated by Ahmet, Lelli told People Magazine, “I think they saw that, and they saw how quiet our street is, even though we are in the city center, and they felt comfortable sitting outside because it was a lovely day as well today.”
He added, “They were absolutely amazing, very lovely, good-hearted people.”
Noting, “They showered us with compliments for the food, for the service, and they were just great clients.”
“As a waitress, I can tell you we had a good experience with them,” Ahmed also shared.
According to the staff, Blanco loved the meal so much that he got up to share dishes with members of his team.
