Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco announce ‘I Said I Love You First’

I Said I Love You First, Selena Gomez’s new album with Benny Blanco, has been revealed.

The singer collaborated on tracks with Benny Blanco, her fiancé. On social media, the singer revealed that she and Blanco, who declared their engagement in December, had collaborated on a new record.

Gomez tweeted, “I always trick you guys,” on February 13. “My NEW album I Said I Love You First with my best friend @bennyblanco, is out on 3/21.”

She said, “We can’t wait to share this special project with you soon!”

The singer announced the release of the music video for their first song off the album, Scared of Loving You, on Instagram a few minutes later. The music video is immediately accessible on streaming services.

“How would they love you, as much as I love you, Scared of Loving You, song and lyric video, with @itsbennyblanco out now!” she said in the video caption.

Gomez had previously hinted to the album when she shared a picture of a handwritten note that said, “I said I love you first,” on Instagram Stories.

Blanco, who has produced songs for Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, and Rihanna, shared the statement on his own Instagram Stories shortly after. Fans immediately conjectured that the note may be a song’s title.

Blanco and Gomez have already collaborated on projects together.

The pair previously worked with J Balvin and Tainy on the 2019 track I Can’t Get Enough.
