Rita Ora revealed how a contentious event from her history alters her outlook on life.

When asked what her greatest regret is, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter and actress casually revealed it on the Reign with Josh Smith podcast.

The For You singer has focused in particular on her notorious London 30th birthday party in 2020, which drew harsh criticism for breaking the COVID-19 lockdown regulations during the epidemic.

Referencing the event that was hosted in contravention of severe UK quarantine regulations, just after she had flown to Egypt and neglected to isolate as needed, the Fifty Shades actress said that her biggest regret was not being “more considerate” of others.

The public and media at the time called her “selfish” and fined her £10,000.

But the experience changed her life, and the Voice judge realized how much of a role she unwittingly had as an inspiration to her audience.

“I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I’ve definitely learned from them, and I feel so lucky to have a voice people actually care to listen to,” she told the presenter of the show.

The singer of “Your Song” claims that five years later, she has matured into a more responsible public person, something she never imagined becoming at the time due to her young spontaneity and quick ascent to stardom.
