Once I was 17, the pinnacle of my college instructed me I should see myself as a frontrunner. I’m reminded of that as I examine a rising pattern in academia to undertake packages like Yale Legislation Faculty’s new Joseph C. Tsai Management Program. I don’t know if leaders are born or educated, however I see worth in this sort of management improvement. Budding leaders want mentors who encourage sturdy character.
