To listen to Democrats inform it, the choice by Texas, Arizona and Florida to relocate aliens to sanctuary cities is a challenge of abject cruelty. One Massachusetts Democratic legislator labeled it “morally legal,” MSNBC host Chris Hayes known as it “deeply, deeply sick,” and Sen. Dick Durbin (D. Sick.) criticized it as “pathetic.”
The Democratic politicians operating the recipient cities aren’t any followers both. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot known as it “un-American,” whereas New York Mayor Eric Adams characterised it as an “erosion of primary human rights.” Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser complained it was “a disaster that’s actually not of our making.”
