With her most recent power play, Meghan Markle allegedly defied royal etiquette by making a final choice regarding her royal title, Sussex.
For those who are unaware, the Duchess of Sussex revealed the “ShopMy” tab on her Instagram account, which includes links to her fan-favorite ensembles and accessories.
According to reports, her name appears on the website as “Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.” The URL is “shopmy.us/ms,” which is noteworthy since it appears that ms stands for “Meghan Sussex.”
It is significant to remember that on their wedding day in 2018, the late Queen Elizabeth bestowed upon Prince Harry and Meghan the titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Additionally, “Sussex” is the last name of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the two children of the Montecito couple.
“I guess I hadn’t realized how meaningful that would be to me until we had children,” Meghan explained, referring to the fact that it’s our family’s shared name. I adore the fact that Archie, Lili, H, and I all have that trait. It has great meaning for me.
“I think the kids get really excited about, ‘Oh my gosh, Mama and Papa, how did you meet?'” she continued. As kids become older, I believe that will happen, but for now, our shared name, Sussex, is a major aspect of our love story.
