Mandy Moore escapes LA wildfire with family.

When flames struck Mandy Moore’s Los Angeles home earlier this year, her entire life was upended.

The celebrity and her family are doing well now, despite the frightening times. Chrissy Metz revealed that Mandy was really shaken by the fire, particularly since she had three little children at home.

Fortunately, as the fire subsided, a sizable portion of the house remained intact.

“She is doing well,” she said to Extra. Thank God, I mean.

It’s amazing that so much of the building was saved, but it’s really startling. She has kids and dogs, and it’s completely changing her life. The only thing you can do is try to leave, which is why it’s so terrifying.

According to Chrissy, she remains close to every member of the This Is Us cast. Even after the program finished, she continued to remain in touch with Milo, Chris, Susan, and Justin.

“Oh, my gosh, everybody,” she exclaimed. Each of us is messaging the others. Every time a project is announced or Sterling submits a nomination for “Paradise,” I text.

Chrissy was also quite kind of Sterling K. Brown, who portrayed her brother in the film. She called him the best and said he really feels like a big brother in real life.

Shortly after sharing a touching message for her mother-in-law Kathy Goldsmith, Mandy provided her update. During the wildfire calamity, Mandy referred to her as the bright spot.
