Lauren Sanchez revealed what she had to alter about herself in order to wed Jeff Bezos, the millionaire founder of Amazon.
Prior to the 55-year-old and Bezos’ June 27 wedding in Venice, Italy, she made lifestyle adjustments to lose a few pounds.
In an interview with Vogue that was published on June 27, Sánchez described how she was able to remove about three and a half pounds in order to look her best on her wedding day.
She attributed her smaller physique to her consistent workout regimen, saying, “Some people meditate, I work out.” Jeff and I perform this action each morning. After having coffee and discussing whatever is on our minds, we head to the gym.
In addition, she reduced the amount of salt in her diet and quit drinking alcohol.
She did, however, continue to eat as she usually does because she is a foodie.
