On April 30, King Charles and Queen Camilla will honor community achievements in cancer treatment with a touching reception at Buckingham Palace.

Along with the Duchess of Gloucester charity advocates, medical experts, and those who have personally experienced cancer, Their Majesties will welcome visitors who have made significant efforts to help those impacted by the disease.

Actor Richard E. Grant, TV personality Ashley Cain, broadcaster Adele Roberts, and the parents of the late Dame Deborah James will be among the special visitors. Their crusade for cancer has inspired many, according to GB News.

Through interactive exhibits, representatives from royal patronages, including Maggie’s, Children’s Hospice South West, Breast Cancer Now, and Macmillan Cancer Support, will highlight their community outreach and support offerings.

The ITV Change+ Check Choir, which is made up of women who were diagnosed with breast cancer following an ITV1 campaign, will perform at the ceremony, giving it a powerful touch.

The Royal Family is going through a very personal moment as King Charles and Princess Kate deal with their own cancer diagnosis.
