Kate Middleton, who is gradually preparing to resume her public responsibilities, is expected to join her husband Prince William for a special appearance.

Plans are on to persuade Kate to attend this year after she missed a significant event for British cinema and television the previous year.
Kate was recuperating from abdominal surgery when Prince William, the president of the British Academy Film and Television Arts Awards (BAFTA), made a solo appearance.

The insider went on to say that the committee is prepared to do “anything” to accommodate Kate.
