In addition to her lifestyle business As Ever, Meghan Markle is getting ready to launch her newest project, a Netflix cooking series called With Love, Meghan, which is scheduled to premiere next month.

Experts caution that if the Duchess of Sussex doesn’t perform, she may be sacked by the streaming behemoth.

Hugo Vickers, a royal novelist, commented on the mounting criticism of Meghan and the pushback to her latest rebranding fiasco.

The duchess faced criticism after the mayor of Porreres, Majorca, accused her of stealing the town’s ancient coat of arms for the emblem of her new company and contemplated taking legal action.

Vickers clarified that “she attracts hostility because people want to attack her,” but said that Netflix is more focused on outcomes than public opinion. Value for money is what a business like Netflix seeks.

Meghan and Prince Harry have come under fire for taking advantage of their royal connections after they resigned as senior royals in 2020.

The duchess is currently working to make a name for herself outside of the royal realm with With Love, Meghan. Will viewers accept her new course, though, or would this be her final opportunity with Netflix?
