FAIRFAX, Va. — Two candidates for the Fairfax County Faculty Board have dropped out of the race after they had been captured on video laughing at a scholar with autism who sang the nationwide anthem at a gathering.
The Washington Publish stories that Stephanie Lundquist-Arora and Harry Jackson each left the race after their response to the scholar drew sturdy disapproval from dad and mom on-line.
Jackson advised ABC 7News that he was not a candidate.
