Prior to the unexpected news of their divorce on Wednesday, Jessica Alba acknowledged that she and her now-estranged husband Cash Warren were more like “roommates” for years.
The Good Luck Chuck actress made her link public in July 2021 when she made an open comment on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s Before, During, and After Baby Instagram thread.
For two and a half years, everything is well. But eventually you end up living together,” Alba revealed in the video.
She continued by saying, “You’re just going through the motions.” You are responsible for the duties. It’s a lot of checking boxes, isn’t it?
In other sections of the conversation, the Dark Angel actress admitted that she often took their partnership for granted.
“We have, like, obviously the friendship, the comfort of, like, ‘you’re not going anywhere,’ and so sometimes you don’t treat those people the best, right?” Alba went on: “You don’t consider their feelings in the way that you would consider other people’s feelings,” she went on: “So that is something that I think is a constant one to work on.” According to her, by “confronting issues” etc. “being able to communicate when [they’re] unhappy,” the two resolved their differences.
