The Oscar-winning actress Demi Moore, who is well-known for her films Ghost, A Few Good Men, and Indecent Proposal, was just named the “Most Beautiful” by People magazine.
In her video, the 62-year-old actress talked about having “greater appreciation” for her body and no longer allowing her appearance to define her. She has received the title in the magazine’s yearly list.
Demi revealed: “I now have a deeper respect for what my body has endured to get me here.
“It doesn’t mean that occasionally I look in the mirror and don’t say, ‘Oh God, I look old,’ or ‘Oh, my face is falling’ — I do. However, I’m willing to admit that’s where I am right now.
Beauty, in a sense, just exists. A flower’s beauty is evident when you look at it. I find it to be genuine and upbeat on a human level. Beauty comes out of comfort with being exactly who you are,” the Substance actor remarked.
In her quest for perfection, Demi Moore, who has three adult kids with her ex-husband Bruce Willis, has acknowledged that she used to be really hard on herself. She’s now more sensitive to her body’s requirements and has learnt to be nicer.
