Harry Styles reveals what he learnt about life duing hiatus in Italy
Harry Styles learnt life lessons during his hiatus in Italy.
Styles took a break from music after wrapping Love on Tour in mid July 2023.
“We’d finished the tour in July and I was turning 30 in February. It was time for me to stop for a bit and pay some attention to other parts of my life,” he told The Sunday Times.
The Adore You hitmaker decided to spend his downtime in Italy and enjoy it.
“I drove there, and I thought, ‘I’m going to enjoy doing this.’ When I was in Rome, the city just taught me how to slow down,” he explained.
“Italy became so important to me because I was so used to everything moving so quickly and being on the go, but then I remember going to a café and sitting and having a coffee and thinking, ‘I don’t remember the last time I sat down and had a coffee — if I’ve ever sat down and just had a coffee,'” he reflected.
“I was suddenly learning, through my friends, that eating a meal is more than just sitting down and refueling. I realized the pleasure in just being in the moment of what you’re doing. The Romans are the best at that — that’s their speciality. The pace they’ve taught me has been so special,” he added.
During the two years of his break, his sister welcomed her daughter.
“At any other time in my life, I would have missed a lot of that. To be there to get to know my niece as she’s growing up, it’s so obvious to me what’s real. It was really obvious that was where I wanted to be,” he noted.
After his time in Rome and learning to slow down, the singer has made small changes to relax more.
“I’ve made small changes, like not having Instagram on my phone anymore,” he said. “I feel so much healthier in my relationship with this world that I’m stepping back into,” he said of the music industry.
Harry Styles recently announced his new album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, as well as a seven city tour.
Savannah Guthrie, co-anchor of the popular NBC News morning show “Today,” has posted several video messages with her brother and sister, appealing to their mother’s captors for her return, pleading for the public’s help in solving the case, and even expressing a willingness to meet ransom demands.
Nancy Guthrie was last seen on January 31, when family dropped her off at her home following an evening dinner with them, and relatives reported her missing the following day, authorities said.
Sheriff’s deputies, many in tactical gear, on Friday converged on a house in an affluent Tucson-area neighborhood less than 2 miles (3 km) from Nancy Guthrie’s home, in what appeared to be a search of that property.
A sheriff’s department spokesperson said the activity was connected to the Guthrie investigation.
CNN reported that no arrests were made during the operation.
Shortly after the reports of the police operation surfaced, Baird Greene started trending on social media.
The reason Baird Greene became social media trend was because the Tucson house that was the site of a SWAT operation was reportedly owned by the man.
It was also reported that law enforcement asked a man and a woman to come out of the home, Unconfirmed reports suggest the individuals may have been renting the property from Greene.
Pictures of a man named Manoj Saranathan were circulated with claims that he was detained from the property because investigators identified him using technology that can recognize people from skull measurements. However, authorities did not confirm the information.
While Greene’s name has circulated widely online due to the raid on his property, authorities have not named him a suspect. The FBI recently doubled the reward for information on Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts to $100,000.
Several discarded gloves found during the investigation, including some found roughly 2 miles from Guthrie’s home, were undergoing forensic analysis, the department said.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told Reuters that no proof of life has surfaced since the abduction but he was quick to add: “There’s not been any proof of death either.” He said his working presumption is that Nancy Guthrie remains alive.
“Hope is sometimes all we have, it really is,” he said. “I have a team of 400 officers from federal government, state government, local government. I have a community of a million people here who are invested in this, who want her back. Sometimes all we have to go on is hope. I’m not going to kill that.”
Meanwhile, speculation about the identity and whereabouts of Nancy continue online. A large number of social media users are convinced that the abductors might be someone she knew or someone in her circle.
Some people shared Nancy’s old social media posts against US President Donald Trump as they criticized the government’s failure to recover her.
Kate Hudson explains why acting isn’t discussed at home
Kate Hudson is getting candid about discussing her work with her actress mom, Goldie Hawn.
During a recent talk with Deadline’s The Actor’s Side series, the 46-year-old actress revealed that she and her mom “never talk about acting.”
The Song Sung Blue Oscar nominee continued, “We talk about film and we talk about experiences.”
But, Kate noted, “My parents, they’re not stage parents,” she noted.
Kate’s family, including her mom, her mom’s partner Kurt Russell, her brother Oliver Hudson, as well as Hawn and Kurt’s son Wyatt Russell, are actors in the industry; they are too “busy” to exchange insights.
In a previous screening of Song Sung Blue in Los Angeles, Goldie and Kate sat down to discuss the Neil Diamond tribute band biopic movie.
“She loves the movie,” said Hudson of her mother. “It was so much fun for her to ask me questions about my process.”
Reflecting on her upbringing with Goldie and Kurt, Kate said, “Everything was about craft.”
“It was always more about me learning my craft versus them trying to give me advice.”
Goldie shared similar sentiments at the January premiere of the film, sharing that she and her daughter “talk a little bit about stuff that we’ve seen.”
“For the most part, we’re always talking about the kids. It just is not, ‘How’s the business going?’ I don’t do that. There’s a lot of things other in life that are meaningful. Our work is part of what we do and it isn’t who we are. Those are two different things.”

Paul Anthony Kelly shares insight into prep for playing JFK Jr.
Paul Anthony Kelly had a ritual before he got to the set everyday to play John F. Kennedy Jr.
In the new FX series Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette, Kelly, 37, makes his screen debut as America’s beloved bachelor opposite Sarah Pidgeon as Carolyn.
The actor had little time to prepare for the role before filming began and so he used all the material available on JFK Jr.’s personality.
“I really had to tighten up my bootstraps and do deep dives, learn everything I could,” Kelly told People. “Luckily, with John, there’s a wealth of information. He’s a very well-documented individual, so I was able to consistently go back and rely, review, interpret that information.”
Getting the heartthrob’s “vocals down” was a big priority.
“He narrates his father’s book, Profiles in Courage, so I would listen to that every day before getting to set,” shared Kelly. “I’d do my little breathing exercises and then put that on and do a little hear and repeat.”
“I’m very, very fortunate in that,” added the actor.
Sharing more insight into how he prepared, he added, “The whole prep process was very full-on from the moment I was cast.”
“There wasn’t a whole lot of time before we started shooting it. The whole team here really set me up for success,” he shared, adding that he had “a dialect coach, acting coach, a physical trainer” as well as a “meal plan”.
Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette premiered on February 12.
‘My dog’s name is Benito:’ Jennifer Grey reveals naming dog after Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny’s performance at the Super Bowl halftime show is over. But its ripple effect is on a fever pitch as the Latin singer’s show moved people in different ways.
Jennifer Grey, the star of Dirty Dancing, illustrates this example. The Puerto Rican musician’s performance so inspired her that she named her dog after him.
“I first laid on @badbunnypr in 2022. Suffice it to say…I was shooketh. Then 10 days ago, this little guy showed up and has stolen my heart,” she pens on Instagram, uploading a picture with Bunny.
In the meantime, Grey, best known for portraying Frances “Baby” Houseman in Dirty Dancing, is set to star in the film’s sequel, but Lionsgate delayed the release date due to the 2023 Hollywood strikes.
Regarding the theatrical release, Grey previously said, “I can’t tell you much about Dirty Dancing as I’m not going to make promises. I’m just waiting for them to really nail it down as it has to be right.”
It is worth noting that Dirty Dancing, released in 1987, won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for the film’s track I’ve Had.

Billie Eilish’s brother backs singer following anti-ICE Grammys speech
Billie Eilish’s brother, Finneas O’Connell, has come out in defense of his sister amid backlash over her anti-ICE remarks at the 2026 Grammys Awards.
On Thursday, the 38-year-old musician took to his Threads handle to fire back at haters who criticized Billie’s Grammys acceptance speech.
“Seeing a lot of very powerful old white men outraged about what my 24-year-old sister said during her acceptance speech,” Finneas wrote.
“We can literally see your names in the Epstein files,” added the Nobody Like You hitmaker.
For those unversed, the siblings won the Song Of The Year trophy for the hit Wildflower at the Grammy Awards, which took place at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 1.

“I feel so honored every time I get to be in this room,” the songstress began her speech. “As grateful as I feel, I honestly don’t feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land.
“Yeah, it’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now,” she added. “I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting, and our voices really do matter, and the people matter, and f–- ICE.”
Halle Berry reframes menopause as an ‘upgrade’ in powerful new message
Halle Berry declared menopause as an “upgrade” in a woman’s life rather than a “downgrade.”
In the Oscar winner’s published keynote, the 59-year-old actress opened up about how she changed her diet and workout routine after menopause.
The Catwoman star, who has been vocal about shifts after the menstrual cycle pause, shared, “It helped me sleep a little bit better. I was a little less moody. I could remember things a little bit more, but it didn’t just do the trick either… hormones only were as effective as my body was healthy.”
The Union actress made a major shift in her diet with menopause. Previously, her diet was more protein-focused but after her menopause began, she “had to change” the way she ate.
“I learned that at this time of my life that was no longer working for me. I needed a little carbs. I needed to eat more fiber. I needed to have more protein,” she noted.
Berry further shared that she “didn’t need as much cardio as I used to need to do. I now needed to lift heavy, heavy weights, and I never did that before.”
“Now I had to change all that about how I was operating my everyday life. So I realized that this new body was the better version of myself,” Berry explained, “We often think, ‘Ooh, we’re getting older and we’re sort of downgrading,’ but we’re not downgrading when we know the things to do — we’re upgrading, we’re spiraling into the best version of ourselves.”
“We just have to know how to support this new body, this new place we find ourselves, and it’s not a sickness, it’s a natural life transition that just has to be supported by evidence-based therapies and information.”
Miranda Kerr reveals one promise she made to Orlando Bloom after their breakup
Miranda Kerr is dishing on her and ex Orlando Bloom’s coparenting dynamic.
The Victoria Secret model, who was married to Orlando for three years, reflected on her passed marriage and how they learned to peacefully co-parent their 15-year-old son after their split.
“We both knew that the relationship was not bringing out the best in each other,” Miranda said on the We Need to Talk podcast on February 3. “And so when we made that decision separate, I said to him, ‘Let’s always put the needs of Flynn first.’”
Miranda, who parted ways from Orlando in 2013 after six years of relationship, shared that they rebuilt their connection for coparenting, which took them effort and spiritual work, especially “forgiving each other.”
And “forgiving ourselves, creating peace within the situation.”
After their split, they put focus on their son Flynn rather than themselves.
“At the same time, let’s make sure that we completely forgive each other,” she continued, “make peace with each other, because otherwise it really weighs on you.”
The Kora founder noted that co-parenting means staying connected forever. “When you have a child with someone else, they’re always going to be that person’s parent for the rest of their life.”
However, Miranda admitted she struggled with boundaries early on, until meeting her current husband Evan Spiegel.
“My husband has good boundaries,” Miranded shared, adding that she used to accommodate Orlando’s last-minute changes.
She is now mom to three more kids whom she shares with Evan: Hart, Myles, and Pierre.
Ali Larter finally lifts the lid on ‘toughest scenes’ to shoot in ‘Landman’ season 2
Ali Larter has finally opened up about the most distressing scene of Landman season 2.
In a talk with PEOPLE magazine, Larter openly talked about the physical demands of portraying Angela, the ex-wife of Tommy Norris (played by Billy Bob Thornton) and Cooper (Jacob Lofland) and Ainsley’s (Michelle Randolph) mother in the neo-Western drama series created by Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace.
For those unaware, the sophomore season’s episode 9 showed Angela’s daughter Ainsley going to TCU for cheer camp, hinting at what life will look like once she starts college soon after. Angela will struggle to survive in the absence of Ainsley in the house.
Larter gave in to those “ugly sobs” in the scene, as Angela became visibly overcome with emotion in her car after watching Ainsley enter into her dorm.
Alluding to the departure of her character’s daughter, the 49-year-old American actress and former model admitted, “Episode 9 was a really painful episode for me to shoot. I think it was one of the toughest scenes.”
“Angela feels like it’s a loss in her life, with her daughter leaving,” she revealed. “I have a lot of friends that are empty-nesters, and I have seen those ugly sobs.”
The Final Destination star elaborated, “I think that Angela doesn’t really feel like she has a purpose without her daughter. What is her life going to look like, with her growing up?”
Larter “just really wanted [the audience] to feel what she felt” in that particular scene and became successful in achieving that.
“I’ve been hearing from all these mamas about being able to see that [moment], and that it made them emotional. Because that’s the reality of it when you raise these babies, and then they take off and start their life, and who are you? What’s your identity without them?” she said of the fans’ response.
Before concluding, it is important to mention that Landman season 2, which concluded on January 18, 2026, is streaming both seasons on Paramount+.

Trevor Noah opened the 2026 Grammy Awards with sharp jabs at Donald Trump and Nicki Minaj.
The Daily Show alum, hosting the ceremony on Sunday, referenced Minaj’s recent White House visit and support for Trump, telling the audience, “Nicki Minaj is not here, she is still at the White House with Donald Trump discussing very important issues, actually.”
Noah then mimicked Trump, joking, “‘Nicki, I have the biggest ass, I have it, everybody’s saying it Nicki, I know they say to you, but it’s me, wop, wop, wop, look at it, look at it, baby.’” The crowd cheered at his take.
Noah also highlighted Lauryn Hill’s return to the Grammys, noting that her last performance was in 1999. “Back in 1999, the president had had a sex scandal, people thought computers were about to destroy the world, and (P) Diddy was arrested. Boy, how times have changed,” he quipped.
Turning to the star-studded audience, which included Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator, Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga, Noah compared it to “Jeff Bezos’s wedding but with way more Black people.”
The remarks came amid protests against US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, deployed in several cities under Trump’s mass deportation initiative.
In Minneapolis, ICE agents recently came under fire after the fatal shootings of Renee Good on January 7 and Alex Pretti on January 24.
Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar and British artist Olivia Dean were among the big winners at a politically charged Grammys ceremony, which saw several winners using speeches to hit out at the immigration operation in the US.
Anti-ICE messages were shared on stage by Billie Eilish, Dean and Bad Bunny while other stars including Justin and Hailey Bieber wore badges – all in opposition to the heightened presence of federal agents particularly in Minneapolis, which has become a flashpoint city.
Wiping away tears as she walked to the stage to accept the best new artist award, Dean told the audience: “I guess I want to say I’m up here as the granddaughter of an immigrant… I’m a product of bravery and I think those people deserve to be celebrated.”
Image: Olivia Dean was named best new artist at the Grammys.
The 26-year-old has had huge success over the past year following the release of her chart-topping smash hit, Man I Need, and now has one of the “big four” Grammys – which also include song, record and album of the year.
Her sentiment was echoed by Eilish, who accepted the award for song of the year, for Wildflower.
“No one is illegal on stolen land,” Eilish said as she stood on stage alongside her brother and collaborator Finneas. The 24-year-old, whose winning track features on her album Hit Me Hard And Soft, urged people to keep protesting.
“It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now, and I just, I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting, and our voices really do matter, and the people matter.”

Public backlash against the ICE operation, which is part of Donald Trump’s mass deportation initiative, has grown since a Border Patrol officer shot and killed 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti – just weeks after Renee Good was shot dead in her car, less than a mile away.
Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny, whose DeBi TiRAR MaS FOtoS became the first Spanish language album to be named album of the year, started his speech for an earlier award with the words, “ICE out”.
He continued: “We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens. We are humans and we are Americans.”
For the main prize, he delivered the majority of his speech in Spanish, before saying in English that he wanted to dedicate the award to “all the people that had to leave their homeland, their country, to follow their dreams”.
Kendrick Lamar among artists making Grammys history
Image: Kendrick Lamar accepts the award for best rap album for GNX.
The night saw Lamar become the most awarded hip-hop artist in Grammys history, with five prizes in total including the final of the “big four” – record of the year, for luther, his song with SZA.
Stars including Bieber, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Tyler, The Creator and Sabrina Carpenter gave performances during the show, along with a medley from Dean and her fellow best new artist nominees.
Lady Gaga was among the night’s winners, taking home the statuettes for best pop vocal album for Mayhem, as well as best dance pop recording and best remixed recording for Abracadabra and its Gesaffelstein remix.
The star was emotional as the pop vocal win was announced, and used her speech to support fellow female artists and other women in the industry.
“I just want to say for women in music, that I know sometimes when you’re in the studio with a bunch of guys, it can be hard, so I urge you to always listen to yourself, and always fight for your ideas, fight for your songs, fight for yourself as a producer, she said. “Make sure that you are heard loudly, and thank you so much for supporting me.”

Another British win – and a Cher mix-up
With more than 90 awards to hand out and only a few hours for the broadcast, history was made even before the televised show had started – as Golden, from KPop Demon Hunters, became the first ever K-Pop song to win a Grammy.
And in taking home the best pop solo performance for her hit song Messy, Lola Young ensured there was another big British win. This one was televised – and Young lived up to the spirit of the song as she told the crowd she “obviously” had not prepared a speech, and apologised for swearing.
Elsewhere, Cher received a standing ovation as she picked up a lifetime achievement award – and provided a moment of levity with a mix-up as she presented the record of the year award, which went to Lamar and SZA’s luther – not, in fact, to the late Luther Vandross, as she first appeared to say.
In fairness, the song does sample the late soul star’s 1982 version of If This World Were Mine, with Cheryl Lynn, and Lamar and SZA arrived on stage laughing and joking with Cher.
“This is what music is about,” he said. “Luther Vandross.”

During an emotional In Memoriam section, artists including Post Malone and Slash performed War Pigs in tribute to heavy metal pioneer Ozzy Osbourne, who died last year. Lauryn Hill followed with her own tribute to D’Angelo and Roberta Flack, joined by musicians including Jon Batiste and her Fugees bandmate, Wyclef Jean.

Journalist and author Sezin Koehler expressed shock when she came across an article that was published with her name about a false story regarding British singer Dua Lipa.
The article that falsely claimed that the “Levitating” singer was a transgender had remained online for an unknown period of time before Koehler explained that she did not write it.
She also dismissed the claims that the singer was a transgender.
Sezin Koehler wrote, “This is so bizarre but a fake post with my byline on it is making the rounds. Someone altered an old The List post with this fake news about Dua Lipa being trans. She is not. There’s even a typo in her name! If you google the fake article title no link comes up, just more of the faked screenshot.”
However, despite her explanation, screenshots of the article continue to surface online every time the singer speaks about her bond with the LGBT community.
Born female in 1995, Dua is known as a strong ally to the LGBTQ+ community, frequently expressing support for her trans fans.
The singer is currently in a romantic relationship with British actor Callum Turner.
Photo: Lewis Pullman weighs in on latest collaboration with Kurt Russell
As fans will know, Lewis Pullman stars alongside Kurt Russell in Michelob Ultra’s Super Bowl LX commercial.
Reflecting on the project, Pullman opened up to PEOPLE Magazine about why the campaign immediately felt like the right fit for him.
“So many things,” he recalled of first being pitched the idea noting, “There was no downsides.”
The actor went on to praise everyone involved in bringing the commercial to life, starting with the brand itself.
“First of all, I love Mich Ultras. They’re one of my favorite beers of all time,” he said.
Pullman also highlighted the creative team behind the spot, adding, “And then Joseph Kosinski is directing. I’ve worked with him on Top Gun. And then Kurt Russell is in it. I love him.”
Beyond the star power, Pullman shared that the campaign’s deeper message around mentorship and competition really resonated with him.
“I would say two things,” he explained.
“One, a reminder of how healthy, friendly competition is actually an energizer in this life, and it’s a gift.”
Noting how that theme feels especially relevant today, he expressed, “It’s something that propels us forward and makes us do better than we thought we could. And I think reminding ourselves of that and finding that in our daily lives can be an important reminder.”
“And then also being vulnerable enough to seek a mentor. Sometimes people think they don’t need a mentor or they’re too embarrassed to seek a mentor. And I think that that’s one of the most beautiful relationships that you can find in this life,” he concluded.
Emma Heming Willis has opened up about a difficult but necessary decision her family made while navigating Bruce Willis’ battle with frontotemporal dementia.
The actress, model, and businesswoman shared the update in a recent episode of Conversations with Cam, hosted by Cameron Oaks Rogers, where Emma explained why Bruce moved into what the family calls their “second home.”
She first called the choice painful and a slow one to make. She said it was driven by safety, stability, and long-term well-being. “Caregivers are faced with really hard decisions, and we have to do what is the best for our family, what’s the safest for our person.”
Emma said their daughters, Mabel Ray, 15, and Evelyn Penn, 11, were central to the decision. As Bruce’s condition progressed, everyday life became more restricted.
“Bruce wouldn’t want his two young daughters to be clouded by his disease. I know that,” she explained. “They weren’t having sleepovers, play dates. We weren’t inviting people over … it was a really hard time.”
The new arrangement, she explained, created balance. Bruce now lives in a home equipped to support him around the clock.
“Our children are thriving, and so is Bruce, and that is the most important,” she said. “We are over there all the time. It is our second home, and it’s a place where we make memories, and that house supports Bruce’s every need, 24/7, and our other home, where our kids are, now they’re supported, now their needs are met, and that’s worked so well for us.”
Bruce’s family publicly shared his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis in 2023. The condition affects speech, behavior, and personality, and can also cause motor difficulties. Emma said Bruce is still physically present, even as the disease advances. She emphasised that the family has learned to adapt alongside him.
Emma also addressed why she chose to be open about the move. She wanted other caregivers to feel seen. “I just wanted someone else to feel seen and validated in that,” she continued.
“I knew that it was going to be met with either support and love, as well as criticism and judgment, but what I know is that dementia plays out differently for everybody. And if you aren’t on the front lines of it, day in, day out, 24/7, you don’t get a say, and you don’t get a vote.”
Emma added that caregivers need support, not judgment. She said self-doubt already comes with the role.
