Social-media platforms have typically censored conservatives, and typically in tandem with political strain to take action. Now comes onerous proof that Twitter booted blogger Alex Berenson after White Home officers privately complained about him to Twitter staff.
Mr. Berenson has been a vocal critic of presidency lockdowns, masks mandates and mRNA vaccines. In our view he’s been too fast to dismiss the vaccine advantages and overstated their potential dangers, which has harm his credibility. However that’s no worse than the powers-that-be who’ve overstated their advantages and been too fast to dismiss their potential, if small, dangers.
