As flames rage across parts of Los Angeles, hundreds of people, including Hollywood celebrities, have been forced to leave their homes.

Tom Hanks, Ben Affleck, and Reese Witherspoon were all evacuated on Tuesday as flames continued to grow in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, according to Martha Kelner, the US reporter for Sky News.

There are four fires burning in California, including the one that is expanding there.

The neighborhood, which lies between Santa Monica and Malibu, is home to both Hollywood A-listers and millionaires.

Award-winning actor James Woods, who claimed to have been safely evacuated from his Pacific Palisades house yesterday night, is among the other celebs who have abandoned their homes.
