Pamela Anderson reveals childhood crush

Pamela Anderson dreamed big.

The Hollywood diva recently disclosed that she was unexpectedly disappointed by her early romance on Michael Jackson.

The 57-year-old model and actress said in an interview with W Magazine that she had unmet childhood fantasies of marrying the pop star.

Michael Jackson. When questioned about her childhood crush, Anderson replied, “I thought he would want to marry me.” After then, I met him, but he didn’t propose to me! I was rather let down.

Anderson’s affection for Jackson, who died in 2009 at the age of 50 from cardiac death brought on by a Propofol overdose, was a boyhood dream that never came true.

Anderson recently featured in W Magazine’s eagerly awaited Best Performances Portfolio and dazzled at the 2025 Golden Globes.

Curated by editor-at-large Lynn Hirschberg, the yearly feature featured Anderson alongside a number of celebrities with a sophisticated trench coat and well-groomed hair.

When Anderson received her first-ever Golden Globe nomination for her performance in The Last Showgirl, she had a tearful moment.

The 57-year-old Baywatch star received overwhelmingly positive reviews for her depiction of a fading Las Vegas showgirl, for which she was nominated in the Best Actress-Drama category.

But in the end, Fernanda Torres, a Brazilian actress, won the award for her performance in I’m Still Here.

Anderson conveyed thanks and optimism in an uplifting statement to People, writing, “I share this beautiful nomination with The Last Showgirl Family, my family, and my hardworking companions on this interesting journey.”

She went on, “It is never too late to dream, to start again, to stay open to possibilities — we are not all so lucky.”

In closing, Anderson expressed gratitude and hope for everyone, saying, “I wish everyone my love and thanks while I navigate this new exciting chapter.”
