If you’re unsure of the precise amount of espresso in this sequence, Reddit users have gone into great detail about it: “Usually it depends on who’s ringing it up, but here it looks like they put it as a quad shot and added two more to it, getting the six total,” a user said.
He is ingesting around 384 milligrams of caffeine each morning, as an average shot of espresso has approximately 64 mg of caffeine. But hey, the Mayo Clinic says he should be fine as long as he doesn’t take more than 400 mg daily, haha.
