Holman W. Jenkins Jr. is a member of the editorial board of The Wall Road Journal. He writes the twice-weekly “Enterprise World” column that seems on the paper’s op-ed web page on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Mr. Jenkins joined the Journal in Could 1992 as a author for the editorial web page in New York. In February 1994, he moved to Hong Kong as editor of The Asian Wall Road Journal’s editorial web page. He returned to the home Journal in December 1995 as a member of the paper’s editorial board and was primarily based in San Francisco. Mr. Jenkins received a 1997 Gerald Loeb Award for distinguished enterprise and monetary protection.
Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Jenkins obtained a bachelor’s diploma from Hobart and William Smith Schools and a grasp’s diploma in journalism from Northwestern College. He was a 1991 journalism fellow on the College of Michigan.
