Opinion | India’s Center Class Wants Free Commerce

Mr. Dhume is the creator of “My Good friend the Fanatic: Travels with a Radical Islamist,” (Skyhorse Publishing, 2009), which charts the rise of the novel Islamist motion in Indonesia.
