Sadanand Dhume writes a biweekly column on India and South Asia for WSJ.com. He focuses on the area’s politics, economics and overseas coverage.
Mr. Dhume can be a resident fellow on the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. Beforehand he labored because the New Delhi bureau chief of the Far Jap Financial Evaluate (FEER), and as Indonesia correspondent for FEER and The Wall Road Journal Asia.
Mr. Dhume is the writer of “My Good friend the Fanatic: Travels with a Radical Islamist,” (Skyhorse Publishing, 2009), which charts the rise of the unconventional Islamist motion in Indonesia.
