The infant daughter of Olivia Munn and John Mulaney appears to have taken her first steps.
Munn, 44, posted a cute Instagram video of their 6-month-old daughter standing up by herself on Saturday, March 22, showcasing her newest ability.
“Wanna show ’em how you can stand up on your own?” the pleased mother said, encouraging her child while supporting her by the arms. As Munn encouraged her, Méi shifted herself upright, taking the instruction like an expert.
The Newsroom star then said, “What do you want to do now?” with a proud smile. before saying, “Good job!” to her young daughter.
In September 2024, Munn and Mulaney, 42, welcomed Méi through surrogacy. The couple has been transparent about their surrogacy experience. They also have a 3-year-old son named Malcolm.
Munn thanked their surrogate in a sweet Instagram post only one week after Méi was born.
Being unable to carry my baby caused me to experience a wide range of intense emotions. We had a mother-to-mother conversation when I first met our gestational surrogate. I knew I had discovered a true angel when she offered me such grace and kindness. My appreciation for her keeping our kid safe for nine months and fulfilling our goals is beyond words,” Munn added.
“I am so proud of my little plum, my little dragon for making the journey to be with us,” the actress said in a heartfelt tribute to her infant. My heart has blown up.
In July 2024, Munn and Mulaney exchanged vows, and Law & Order icon Sam Waterston performed the ceremony.
Now that their family is expanding, it seems like there is a new adventure every day, especially for tiny Méi, who is already demonstrating that she is prepared to face the world head-on, one shaky step at a time.
