Lady Gaga’s mother Cynthia Germanotta met Michael Polansky before her

Lady Gaga’s mother, Cynthia Germanotta, seemed to already know what’s going to be “best” for her daughter, and it is the singer’s husband Michael Polansky.

Gaga, who recently collaborated with Bruno Mars on Die With a Smile, revealed in the October cover story for Vogue, that her mom met her fiancé Michael Polansky even before she did and foretold the pop star’s future with the entrepreneur.

“My mom met him and she said to me, ‘I think I just met your husband,’” the 38-year-old Joker: Folie à Deux star recalled to the magazine. “I said, ‘I’m not ready to meet my husband!’”

The Born This Way songstress continued, “I could never have imagined that my mom … found the most perfect person for me?”

Polansky, 46, and the singer-actress got engaged earlier in 2024 after five years of dating, before revealing their engagement to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she performed at the opening ceremony.

Earlier, People reported that the couple were just waiting for the right time to reveal the news, as they had been engaged for several months at that time.
