Kacey Musgraves slams Tampa fan

Kacey Musgraves didn’t hold back calling out fan who grabbed her mid-concert during her performance on Friday in Tampa, Florida.

The singer addressed the overzealous fan during her Hollywood, Florida, concert on Saturday night, following an incident at a Tampa show the evening before.

“Last night, this Tampa b****…” the singer remarked on stage, sparking boos from the crowd, according to a TikTok video.

“Y’all, I know, I know,” Musgraves added, calming the audience before continuing.

“She kinda ruined it. She kinda ruined it for everybody. I thought I was gonna have to get real east Texas on her,” the seven-time Grammy winner said, mimicking pulling off her earrings for effect.

The 36-year-old performer joked about the encounter, comparing it to the “Florida man” meme.

“Florida goes hard. It felt a little bit like when you type your name and your birth date into the ‘Florida man’ thing, and then the Tampa girl popped up,” she quipped.

The incident occurred during Musgraves’ Friday night concert at the Amalie Arena in Tampa when a fan grabbed her as she walked through the crowd.

A visibly shocked Musgraves briefly paused, addressing the fan with, “What the f–k?” before walking away. She added, “Jesus f–king Christ,” as she moved on.

Fans rallied in support of the Slow Burn singer, sharing their thoughts on the incident online.

“It’s insane that people think grabbing onto strangers should be acceptable because she’s a celeb. What if some rando put hands on you like that and everyone said you were reacting?” one TikTok user commented.

“As someone at the Tampa show, I don’t even blame her,” another fan shared. “Disgusting what happened.”
