The husband of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has reportedly filed for divorce, calling the wedding “irretrievably damaged.”
In accordance with a report in The Hill, Perry Greene requested the Floyd County Superior Courtroom in his submitting Wednesday to seal the divorce proceedings, “as a result of the events’ important privateness curiosity in sealing the data outweighs the general public’s minuscule curiosity in entry to stated data.”
The Hill reported that Mrs. Greene, Georgia Republican, has signed a receipt for her husband’s submitting, which says the couple already has separated.
Mr. Greene’s petition asks for an equitable division of the couple’s property and debt.
