In Pakistan, Less than 10 deaths daily with coronavirus are recorded


Pakistan has less than ten coronavirus fatalities per day. For the second day in a row, Pakistan recorded fewer than ten coronavirus fatalities in a single day on Tuesday morning, according to statistics from the National Command and Operation Centre.

According to NCOC data, six persons died as a result of the virus in the previous 24 hours, while 572 new COVID-19 infections were discovered after 42,096 tests were performed.

A day before, according to NCOC statistics, Pakistan had the lowest daily COVID-19 mortality total of 2021, with less than ten individuals dying from the virus in a 24-hour period. It had put the daily death toll at nine.

In addition, 310 persons recovered from the infection, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,217,218. The total number of active cases in the country is now 24,196.

Meanwhile, for the 11th consecutive day, Pakistan recorded a coronavirus positive rate of less than 2%, at 1.35 percent.

Active cases in Pakistan dipped below 25,000 for the first time in more than seven months last week, while daily coronavirus infections plummeted to their lowest level in a year.

COVID- In Pakistan, 19 infections are declining, with 598 new cases recorded on average each day. That’s 10% of the peak, which was the highest day average observed on June 17.

Since the pandemic began, there have been 1,269,806 illnesses and 28,392 coronavirus-related fatalities documented in the nation.

So far, Pakistan has provided at least 100,741,762 doses of COVID vaccination. Assuming that each individual requires two doses, that would be enough to vaccinate around 23.3 percent of the country’s population.

Pakistan provided an average of 657,185 dosages per day during the most recent week recorded. At such rate, it will take an additional 66 days to provide enough dosages to cover the remaining 10% of the population.
