According to the health ministry, at least 34 Palestinians were shot dead near food distribution centers in Gaza.
According to the report, 33 individuals were murdered while attempting to reach a Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) center near Rafah, while another perished while making route to an assistance hub in the central Gaza Strip.
According to two witnesses, Israeli forces opened fire early Monday as they sought to calm crowds around the Rafah facility.
The number of gunshot deaths was the highest recorded daily total since the Israeli and US-backed relief centers opened in May, as thousands of Palestinians traveled through Israeli military-controlled territory to reach them.

The ministry also stated on Monday that four additional persons who were not attempting to access distribution centers were murdered elsewhere. It says that hundreds of Palestinians have been killed and hundreds more injured since the GHF clinics started.
The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) has not commented on the current incident, although it has previously stated that its forces fired warning shots at what it called suspects approaching their positions near GHF facilities.
Heba Jouda and Mohamed Abed, two Palestinians who were in the crowd of thousands at the Rafah aid facility, claimed Israeli forces began fire about 4 a.m.
Ms Jouda stated, “Fire was coming from everywhere…” It’s growing worse by the day.
