Feds decline to prosecute Stephen Colbert staffers in illegal entry case

Federal prosecutors have determined to not prosecute the “Colbert 9” for unauthorized entry to the U.S. Capitol.

9 members of the employees of “The Late Present with Stephen Colbert” had been arrested June 16 for being within the constructing unlawfully, attempting to tape segments on the Jan. 6 committee’s listening to.
