Ex-wife charged in Florida murder An executive from Microsoft was killed in front of his daughter.

Ex-wife of a Florida Microsoft executive who was shot dead in front of his 2-year-old daughter last year has been detained in Washington state and implicated in connection with the homicide; prosecutors have announced that they aim to pursue the death sentence in the case. Ex-wife was shot dead in front of the victim’s daughter last year. The murder took place in Florida in the previous year.

“the investigation into Bridegan’s background revealed a highly acrimonious divorce from his ex-wife, Shanna Gardner, and a contentious relationship with both Gardner and Fernandez Saldana,” it says in the arrest warrant. “Bridegan also had a contentious relationship with Fernandez Saldana.” The authorities have not made any statements regarding a probable explanation for why the crime was committed.

On the same day that Nelson made the announcement about Saldana’s arrest, 62-year-old Henry Arthur Tenon entered a guilty plea to second-degree murder in connection with the slaying and admitted that he was the one who shot the victim. In relation to the inquiry, he was the very first person to be charged on January 25th of this year.

Shanna Gardner-Fernandez, who had been a suspect in the grisly assassination of Jared Bridegan, a father of four, in Jacksonville Beach for quite some time, was caught on Thursday morning after a grand jury indicted her for first-degree murder in connection with the case. The assassination of Jared Bridegan had taken place in Jacksonville Beach.

Shanna Gardner’s indictment admits her major and essential involvement in the cold, deliberate, and premeditated murder of Jared Bridegan, the State Attorney Melissa Nelson claimed at a news conference conducted following Shanna Gardner’s arrest that “Shanna Gardner’s indictment acknowledges her central and key role in the murder of Jared Bridegan.” Gardner is the main person of interest in this investigation.

Gardner-Fernandez was detained when she was at her home, and she will be extradited to Duval County, where she will be charged with conspiracy, solicitation, and child abuse. These charges will be brought against her in Duval County.

It has been made public knowledge by the prosecutors that they want to pursue the death penalty in this specific case.

Bridegan, who had just dropped off the two children he shared with Gardner-Fernandez at her home in the upscale neighbourhood when he was slain, was 33 years old at the time of his death. He had just dropped off the children.

The two were in the middle of a child custody fight at the time, which was becoming more and more contentious as time went on.

Bridegan, who had remarried and was the father of two young children with his new wife, was bringing his daughter Bexley home when he came across a tyre in the middle of the road and pulled over in his SUV as a result of the blockage. Bridegan had remarried and was the father of two young children with his new wife.

The death of software programmer Jared Bridegan occurred on February 16, 2022, in front of his daughter, who was just 2 years old at the time. The occurrence was witnessed in Jacksonville, which is located in Florida.

The man, who was 33 years old and had been shot multiple times at close range, was reportedly the victim of a “targeted” murder, as revealed by the officers that responded to the scene.

Soon after the shooting, Bridegan’s ex-wife, Shanna Gardner-Fernandez, moved 2,800 miles across the country and “distanced” herself from her second husband, Mario Fernandez Saldana. Mario Fernandez Saldana was also a victim of the shooting. Shanna Gardner-Fernandez is no longer single and has tied the knot with another man.

Prior to Saldana’s arrest on March 16, 2023, she and Saldana were both thought to be involved in the crime. However, it was later determined that Saldana was the one who fired the fatal shot.

Bridegan was shot in the head after stepping out of his vehicle to change the tyre, and his daughter was sitting in the backseat watching it happen.

The small boy, who narrowly escaped being struck by the gunfire, was left unattended at the scene for a number of excruciating minutes before a bystander noticed what was going on, stopped, and called the police. It was just by a hair’s breadth that the toddler had escaped being struck by one of the bullets.

Mario Saldana-Fernandez, who is now married to Gardner-Fernandez and was arrested in March on suspicion of being implicated in the horrible murders, is suspected of being a participant in the murders.

According to the investigation conducted by the police, he conspired with a tenant who was a resident of one of his rental houses to plan and carry out the murder of Bridegan.

Henry Tenon, who had previously been convicted of murder, was arrested in January of this year and has subsequently admitted to pulling the trigger. In addition to that, he has offered his assistance for free to the investigators.

Gardner-Fernandez uprooted her life and moved to the opposite side of the country shortly after the murder of her ex-husband in order to put some space between herself and Fernandez. Her ex-husband was the victim of a murder.

Gardner-Ferndandez hails from a wealthy Mormon family in Utah, and she just bought a gorgeous property in West Richland with the assistance of relatives who created an LLC to make the transaction.

The level of suspicion that surrounded Gardner-Fernandez dramatically grew after an owner of a tattoo parlour came forward and claimed that she had once asked for a way to “get rid of” Bridegan. The assertion was made after the owner of the tattoo shop came forward.

She admitted making the threatening statement to a local newspaper, but she vehemently denied having any part in the criminal activities. She said that she had no involvement in the criminal conduct.

In 2015, Bridegan and Gardner-Fernandez’s divorce was formalised, although their legal struggle continued for many years until his death. He passed away in 2018.
