Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena opens up about his fitness journey

Joseph Baena, the younger son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, opened out about what kept him motivated to pursue his demanding fitness goals.

The 27-year-old told his social media fans about his physical training regimen and the “one sport” he chose to focus on during this period.

On July 18, the younger brother of White Lotus actor Patrick Schwarzenegger used Instagram to consider his progress over the years.

The Dancing With the Stars alumnus started the caption of the photo with, “People sometimes forget that I used to be chubby in high school.”

Due to my inability to keep up with the other kids, I was kicked off both soccer and basketball teams. Thankfully, Swim didn’t have tryouts, and it forever altered my life.

The son of Mildred Baena and Arnold Schwarzenegger went on to describe swimming as his “introduction to fitness and training.”

He also told his Instagram followers that swimming is what he has done since he was a little child, even though he has attempted a number of other high-intensity sports over the years.

Joseph concluded the caption by saying, “Everyone starts somewhere, but starting is the most important.”

The fact that he participated in his first triathlon in 2023 is significant proof of how his exercises have affected his physical well-being and endurance.
