A significant news on Benny Blanco’s marriage to Selena Gomez was just published.
On June 4, the music producer made an appearance on the Today show to discuss his most recent record alongside his fiancé and their impending wedding.
Remarkably, after being engaged to Selena and recording their first collaborative album, I Said I Love You First, in March, Benny declared that his life had improved.
As he reflected on the process of creating the music, Benny, whose true name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, said that they had no strategy for the record; it just occurred.
The music producer said that his friend and fellow musical talent Ed Sheeran had already sent in an RSVP when talking about the impending wedding and the expected star-studded guest list.
“I just told him [Ed], ‘I’m gonna have a wedding and you’re gonna come to the wedding,’” said the 37-year-old.
He went on to say that the couple had not yet decided on a wedding date and had not even invited their A-list acquaintances.
“When we do have a wedding, Ed will come eventually, but we haven’t scheduled one yet, but we will!” said Benny, who became engaged in December of last year.
During her visit on the most recent edition of Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware, Selena also discussed her hopes to marry Benny.
The star of Only Murders in the Building went on to say that she is too timid to perform the traditional bride and groom dance at their reception.
Since they’re a little, she said, “I don’t think we’re looking at having one of those.”
